Brushing machine
Brushing machines from Joos
Brushing machines are used to clean panels on both sides before applying glue. They are cleaned using antistatic nylon brushes. Otherwise, dust particles or contamination could negatively impact the veneering results. Brushing machines from Joos can be integrated into production or operated as single machines. The workpiece is transported through the machine via two pressure rollers, and can be transported further using roller conveyors. The extraction hood integrated on the brush rollers ensures air in production remains dust-free.
Workpieces up to a width of 2200 mm can be brushed in series production. Machines from Joos are used in woodworking, the timber industry, the packaging industry, and to manufacture laminates, parquet flooring and sandwich panels.
