Prism guide
Four stable prism guides, located at each of the corners, are used to guide the press table. Their design ensures play-free guidance of the press table, even at different temperatures.

The data collection system is used to record process parameters in real time. Data can be displayed on the screen or processed further via interfaces.
2 of 6Management
The system is operated via the clearly arranged operating panel and operating elements arranged on the operator’s side. The switch cabinet with integrated PLC controller is mounted to the right of the press.
3 of 6Hydraulic unit
The maintenance-free hydraulic system is installed under the switch cabinet in a space-saving manner. Its design as a sub-oil unit in shutdown mode offers optimal noise minimization with a high level of reliability and durability.
4 of 6Heating plates
The heating plates can be designed as medium or electric heating plates. Water or oil is used as the heat transfer medium. Cooling zones are installed under the heating plates in order to cool the pressed material in the press. T-slots or multiple daylight plates can be used as an optional tool mount.
5 of 6Light barriers
The non-contact safety device (safety light array) is installed on the operator’s side to interrupt hazardous movements in case of unintended access into the press. The safety light array is required to operate the press in automatic mode.
